What's is BES?
1. BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) – เหมาะกับลูกค้าองค์กรขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ที่สามารถลงทุนติดตั้ง BlackBerry Server เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และความรวดเร็วในการติดต่อสื่อสาร อีกทั้งยังรองรับอีเมลของบริษัท เช่น Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, และ Novell Groupwise
2. BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) – เหมาะสำหรับองค์กรขนาดเล็กและบุคคลทั่วไป ซึ่งสามารถรองรับอินเตอร์เน็ตอีเมล และฟรีเมลต่างๆ เช่น Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, ISP mail, POP3/IMAP
